Kind Attention To The Owner Of The Property! Date Of The Incident- 11th May 25 Time - Around 2 to 3 PM Person Attended - A person wearing a black shirt sitting at the reception. Remarks - Rude & Arrogant Speech With The Customers without having any patience to explain or give clarity. Issue - On 11th may after the hectic travel , we tried to check in here for a family of 8 with kids . After price negotiations on the extra bed and other things I paid and we checked in to the room. We only knowing it's Non AC Rooms after getting in , I understood there is a communication gap so I went to the reception and asked the same person ' How much I need to pay extra for AC & why it was not communicated during the conversation. The immediate reply was ' See you can pay and stay otherwise leave , we have a lot of customer coming here.' He don't even having a courtesy or a business etiquette or a service mindset with the customer who coming there with a long way of travel. I am also in to business , the business owner will know the impact of an unhappy customer. I have not been valued in that place , I walked out from there with my family which includes my aged mom and 2 kids , by the time we sent the vehicle also . It was a hectic and bitter experience due to your staff behaviour during our temple visit at Chotanikara from Chennai .

Staff and managment all have less thought for the guest.. Service -100% Television -900% Attitude of night staff- *GUNDAYISM* Intraction to guest:- Negative with harmful gestures... Never ever book room in this lodge...and .near by resturant is not their property.. No cnnection with arking faclities as shown on fotos of their channel.. Totally negative... Prostitution/drug centre in temple area...

Well clean and good service
