I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sugar business hotel, and I couldn't have been more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive especially Mr.Ronaldo at the reception . The check-in process was smooth, and I felt immediately at ease. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and modern amenities. The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries that made me feel pampered. The hotel's location is perfect - close to local attractions and dining options. I also enjoyed the restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant stay. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip!

We had a great experience at Sugar Business Hotel. The staff Ms Binobha and team were very courteous and helpful with all our requests. I will stay again here if i get a chance.

Last two years I stayed this hotel so many times rooms maintained very cleaned, all the staff very friendly and coprated special Mr Ismail no word's any time for any things require he will present and he will do himself many times I recommend this hotel is best in this location

We stayed for a night in Dec 24. 7 of us. The hotel was nice, clean and the location on the outskirts was great as not too crowded. Very close is the backwaters where you can take a shikara. We did that and had a lovely time. The service was great - only drawback was the small and little dingy bar which was not family friendly. Overall a great experience

Stayed at Sugar and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were very neat, clean, and well-maintained, though slightly smaller than expected. However, what truly made the stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality--the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always attentive to guests' needs. A special touch was the thoughtful traditional gift pack, which included Kerala chips and sharkara upperi--a lovely and authentic gesture that added to the experience. Unfortunately, I had to move to another hotel as the location was a bit far from where I needed to commute daily. However, for anyone looking for a clean, cosy, and well-managed stay with great service and personal touches, this is a fantastic choice. Would definitely consider staying here again if the location fits my travel plans.
