Loved the place, the helpful owners and the staff. The owners helped us get sim cards and exchange usd for a genuine free market rate while we rested and chilled in our apartment. How much more can you ask for after travelling ?? Great service! It's definitely better than being in a hotel room, it's more affordable than a hotel room and its definitely worth the price. Perfect location as it's not on the rural side ( like kotad area ). It's close to Aster medcity ( Uber taxi - 180 rupees and 90 rupees Uber rickshaw ), lulu mall, restaurants ( I recommend zaya family restaurant - 1km), atm, pharmacies etc.

Room and facilities are superb but i recommend Little more cleanliness,not in the case of flour or toilet,its cleaned well but dust was there in the tv stand wordrobe etc.. ,so its difficult for a alergetic person to stay.other wise super stay.go for it.

Owner and the staffs are very helpful and friendly... mostly the owner... And also the rooms and the hotel is very clean and comfortable.
