The rooms were delightful, very spacious, including two sofas, double bed, TV, mini bar and tea coffee facilities, ample room for suitcases, excellent air-conditioning, more space you couldn't ask for. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and was fully equipped with bathroom amenities, towels are changed daily and the cleaning team were very friendly. |Breakfast was buffet style with an array of both Western and Indian food, more so Indian food. There were also eggs cooked to order and different fruit and pastries daily. |We ate at the restaurant in the evenings (a la carte) and found the food really delicious and the service was great as well. ||The grounds of the resort are beautiful, nicely landscaped with views onto the backwaters and some local life. The pool was really well maintained and pool towels available daily. Limited sunbeds, but we were there during low season so not an issue. |Spa facilities and a bar also available. |The bar lacked somewhat atmosphere and variety of drinks and the resort also lacked activities. The resort is quite remote so unless you have tours booked or you are looking for a completely rejuvenating and relaxing holiday there is not much to do in the form of activities especially in the evening. The only couple of improvements I would suggest would be to offer currency exchange which the hotel currently don't offer, and to offer to settle the bill the night before especially if checking out early in the morning. Whilst we were able to do this, it wasn't the common practice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ramada Wyndham. The staff were all very humble and polite. Food was excellent. Rooms were very clean. The view is excellent. We completely relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you. My only suggestion would be to introduce some local entertainment in the evening, which would make it an even more enjoyable stay.
Our stay at the Ramada Hotel in Cochi was outstanding! The check-in process and valet parking were seamless, setting the tone for a wonderful visit. The hotel's ambiance is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms and resort areas. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Dining was a treat, with fantastic restaurant options. They made our candlelight dinner special and memorable with exceptional service. Everything was neat and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience!
A beautiful, calm and serene place to stay. Enjoyed every minute of our stay at the cottage with wooden balcony and steps. It was cool to see the clear pool. The housekeeping was round the clock, cleaning, clearing the lawn. Breakfast was sumptuous. The green environment was too good
Ramada by Wyndham Kochi offers a comfortable stay with some nice amenities, but there's definitely room for improvement. The location is great--peaceful and scenic, especially with the backwater views, and it's not too far from the city. The property itself looks grand and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a clean environment. However, the service could be more consistent. While some staff members were friendly and professional, others seemed a bit inattentive or slow to respond. The food options were decent, but nothing extraordinary, and a bit on the pricier side for the portion and taste offered. The pool and fitness facilities were a nice touch, but again, attention to detail in cleanliness and upkeep could make a big difference. It's a good place for a short stay or a business trip, but if you're expecting luxury or five-star-level service, it might fall short. Overall, it's a decent 3-star experience--comfortable and quiet, with a few highlights--but there's definitely potential for the hotel to enhance its service and hospitality to match the brnd's expectations.
Awesome place. Away from traffic, away from crowd. It's such a peaceful and tranquil place. Rooms were huge and rightly equipped. Food options were plentiful. Pool is the icing on the cake. Definately worth it. But wish they offered some water based activity.
Absolutely loved their pool and the rooms were clean and cozy. Their buffet in the fennel restaurant was good. Had a magician performing tricks while we were having dinner. The road to the hotel is a bit small and rough.
We had the lake view corner cottage which had literally the best view possible of the Vembnad lake that stretches to the horizon. The rooms were large and well fitted, with a luxurious balcony. Most resorts located within/close to large cities aren't as sprawling as this one was. Restaurant a la carte food is limited and good (but not great). The breakfast buffet spread is excellent though - both in variety and quality.
