Clean room,hyegenic toilet & courteous and helpful staff. Vadakkekkotta metrostation is rs75 /rs150(uber auto/ubercab);Metro connectivity to Ernakulam city up till Aluva is excellant. Ernakulam south metrostation is walking distance to Junction.Feeder bus service to the airport from Aluva metro every 20 mts. You are away from the hustle bustle of the main city;still fastly connected by the metro service. Would definitely stay here whenever I come to Ernakulam!!

Their resto bar services are really bad.. We had asked them to lower the TV volume as it was very disturbing and they suddenly started being rude saying the volume cannot be reduced as it's already set in such a way and then when my friend called them out for their attitude they finally took the remote and reduced it so we asked how was this possible now, responding to this one waiter/commi was like, "why should we reduce the volume, we also want to see it" but he was clearly on his phone after serving us and we were the only customers there. This entire experience was very discriminatory... It seemed like we weren't their "potential customers" who could "fit into" their fine dining set up as we just ordered two beers and a starter.. Well, if food and beverage places in Kochi or anywhere are trying hard to keep up their restaurant/bar "standards" then as a first step they should at least try to be kind than judging another person by merely watching their appearance/ability to order to analyse the customer's so called "CLASS". Shame on you!! Shame on your so called "classy standards".. Felt like a pitty place to even sit and enjoy a beer. Nasty. Lose of money and time.

The best hotel that one can find in Thrippunithura for an enviable budget.

Executive bar is actually great. Food drinks n the ambience. But the service is very very poor and cheap behavior from every bearers. It seem like we order drinks from their account.Not even minding the customer even after waving. No manners at all. Hope the hotel recruit fine professionals.

We visited the resto-bar. Really bad experience, very bad service. One staff member was shouting at our request for reducing the volume.

I recently attended a birthday celebration here (Hall 1, 3rd floor). It was a good experience. The hotel provided a delicious vegetarian dinner. Ambience was welcoming and the staff was attentive and accomodating.

I had a chilled beer and BDF from here. It was a quick visit but it was amazing . Highly recommended .
