Kaypee's Grande | Hotel in Kochi

I had been to the place looking at other users review ,i was shocked to experience very average room where AC was not functioning properly, lots of insects inside the bathroom. Breakfast gas got over and i got my money refunded for breakfast.l and i had my breakfast outside , no proper place to eat as well , As a hotel if you treating your guest this way I am sorry to say that I will never want to come back ,even you offer me next time a good service still I won't be happy to come back . Very shabby bath room accompanied my insects .This is my real time experience of my stay,i wish the hotel team all the very best in taking care of guest promptly .

We took a suite over there, It cost 3500 rs. The staff were friendly and didn't take much time for check-in. Also as per my request they provide the plates. Overall I am so happy with their service

We stayed there for only one night. It was an ok stay. The location is close to edappally Lulu mall and also the metro, just walkable distance only. I didn't find any problem with the stay. The staffs there was supportive. Only problem I felt was the bathroom. Should have much more clean and modern bathrooms. Just a suggestion.

Overall, I'd recommend this place for its good rooms and friendly staff. Just hope they'll work on the bathrooms soon!
