We booked 2 rooms & stayed here for a day & out stay was never pleasant here. We were not provided with drinking water & shampoo. We had to ask them to give us Bath Towel & it's quality was poor. The most disappointing thing we found there was that there's no hot water available to have a bath. All the furniture in the rooms was very dusty which is not good especially for asthma patients. The tv connection in one of the rooms we took was not recharged.

Pretty decent stay at this place. Room where good and rest room was cleanly maintained. From Bhagavathy temple it's just 200mtrs and at a walkable distance.

Had the worst experience in this hotel on September 4th. Rude staff, expect worst behaviour - you will even be turned away even if they have rooms available. You will be discriminated against if you don't meet the requirements set by the staff. There are so many other good hotels nearby, anyone else is better than this pathetic place. STRONGLY not recommended.

It's a very nice room. Cheap and best... it's nearer to the temple. For family it's good for a stay! Pros : neat and clean Well maintained Affordable price Car parking Walkable to temple Nearby good restaurants Cons : no hot water. No towels and bedsheets.

Booked a AC room as it was said that hot water is available only in AC room but we didn't get any hot water . And they loot money. Rooms are not worth the money we pay.

Please Avoid This Lodge At Any Cost Once Via Bookings They Say Rate Is About Rs.850 For Non AC & Rs.1400 For AC. When You Reach They Will Give You Dirty, Cockroach Room And Hike The Price For About Rs.1200 & Rs.1800 With Expired Tata DTH Service Only Advantage Is Near Temple, Other Than Simply Headache For You When You Visit With Family I Have Attached Pics Of Two Set Of Rooms.

Room was really nice and neat one. The dish tv subscription was expired while we were watching it and that was only the bad experience found here or else this stay is highly recommended. That issue could have solved if we have called the receptionist and told about it but we did not contact them. Try a stay here and let me know your reviews. Nice stay at reasonable rate and the room booked was with AC. This spot is located near the West gate of Chottanikkara temple. I would recommend it to those who look stays near this temple. Thanks!

Room 108. Horrible toilet some drain smell is constantly coming even after cleaning. literally puke every morning from the stench. No chairs in room had to specifically request for a chair. Otherwise the beds were ok. Specifically check the room toilet before selecting. Only advantage was the closeness to Chottanikkara temple and car parking provided.
