Hotel Prayana

Overall, our stay at Hotel Prayana was pleasant. The service was good, and both the room and the toilet were clean and well-maintained, with good hygiene standards. However, we had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff. We extended our room stay until 6 PM and paid an additional 1,000 for it. Despite this, the power was switched off at 12 PM without any prior notice. When we inquired, the receptionist claimed it was because of the standard checkout time, completely forgetting about our extension. This lack of coordination and poor response from the receptionist was quite frustrating. Apart from this issue, everything else about the hotel was nice and satisfactory.

Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.The hotel's location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn't offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.That being said, the staff's dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

The location is fantastic, and I found the staff to be friendly and responsive, providing quick service. However, I believe there are some basic amenities that could be improved. For a 3-star hotel, it would be beneficial to have kettles in the rooms, better washroom kits, and 24-hour hot water availability.

Worst hotel experience I ever had in my life. The hotel staff were also not co-operative. The police barged in my room and started checking everything. They didn't even show the id card, all the guys were in plain clothes. Total harassment by the people, when asked why it was for they say it was random checking for drugs. The hotel management should atleast have the courtesy to ask my permission before doing so. Not all single guys who stay at the hotels are drug dealers. Worst experience in my life.

This was our first time in kerala with family. The most important thing during such family trip is the place we stay and I must say that this hotel was the best choice we ever made. The ambiance the room and the service is top notch. We never felt that we are away from home. Staff was very cooperative and understood our requirements. The most affordable and best place one can ever be at. Plus the market, station and everything that one needs is nearby. If anyone wants to make a choice for stay this hotel is a no brainer just go for it.

The location was perfect for exploring the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. I stayed with family in the prayana hotel yesterday.. one of the best hotel I have ever seen in kochi .. the room was up to the mark and all amenities was placed in a proper manner and the staff was very polite ready to do help... Front office staffs taken my heavy bag and helped me to go to the room I had lot of luggages .. I strongly suggests this hotel...
