Habitat Apartments

Our stay with habitat Apartments was very pleasant and the house owner Mr. Sathish was very friendly and supportive. Our stay was very comfortable for family and easy access to malls and others to hang on. I recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed at Habitat Apartments for almost two months. The grounds were well maintained and clean. We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay there! The owner was very friendly and responsive if we had any questions, if we needed help to navigate the area, or if any problem came up. He came around regularly to check on his tenants and make sure all was well. Habitat Apartments is a great place to stay if you need accommodations for more than a few days!

We stayed there for two months. Wonderful experience for almost everyday. Stay was very peaceful and days passed with no chaos. All essentials were accessible. Daily garbage disposal and cleaning happened without any mess. The common area of stay was neatly maintained. Owner was easily approachable and he visits often. The area was peaceful besides very close to NH. We had a fabulous stay there and i will recommend this place for anyone for reliability. Kochi was a new place by that time for us; new people; new environment but we felt home.

We have stayed in this home for our second child birth for almost two months. The home was very neat and clean . Fully furnished home. All electrical items were working in good condition. Beyond all these the support we got from house owner satheesh was superb. Being new to ernakulam he supported us in every possible way . Thanks for all your help and support. We would recommend this place for a happy family staying with utmost care and safety.

Landlord is an exceptional person. You name your ask, he will make it happen. Neatly maintained rooms and surroundings. Large array of solar panels. Only problem is waste disposal now. But Cochin should improve for that..

The best place to stay if you're visiting Lakeshore hospital or just if you're just visiting as a tourist! The place is close to all the main locations but is still peaceful and calm even though it's right next to the city. Really hospitable environment and great service by the staff. I really recommend this place! 5 ratings all the way!

I stayed in habitat homes for 5 months. Apartment was very neat ,fully furnished,proper housekeeping everyday,very pleasant area ,it is very near to Lakeshore ,every day owner visits and check all the things are ok like solar system,wifi any other issues etc he ask personally to the people who stays there and he is very helpful in nature and u can approach him very easily, my real opinion people who goes for Lakeshore this is the best place to stay with all facilities and families
