D Luxe Hotel

Very disappointing experience. We had confirmed our booking and the price directly with the reception before arriving at D Luxe Hotel. However, upon arrival, the owner arbitrarily increased the price, completely disregarding the prior confirmation. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unethical. It's extremely frustrating to be put in such a situation after a long journey. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication and honest service.

Great Stay in a Convenient Location! I recently stayed at D-Luxe in Cochin and had a comfortable experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the stay enjoyable. The hotel's location is convenient, close to local attractions and dining spots, adding to the ease of exploring the city. However, there were a few areas for improvement. I noticed there was no tissue paper in the toilet and no facial tissues in the room. Adding these amenities would certainly enhance the guest experience. Overall, D-Luxe is a good choice for a stay in Cochin, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better.

Location is good . Easy to access. How ever cleanliness of room and facility is not good. service is really bad. I didn't find any friendly/ good customer relationship there.
