It's great place to live in. I have stayed for about 18 days and it was peaceful place to stay. The staff are friendly and compassionate. The price are competitive as well. If you are looking to stay with a toddler, it's a perfect place as there is a small kitchen to make morning breakfast for your toddler. I would definitely recommend this place for a family with kids.

So I stayed at this place for a month although this place could be ideal for short stays too. The pricing is competitive considering the service and amenities. It,s at a prime location and if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay and explore Kochi city I would strongly recommend this. The housekeeping is good, has a functional kitchen, swiggy instamart delivers in 5 mintues, all types of food is available. The place is secure and places like Fort Kochi, water metro, lulu mall, broadway etc all all within 30 minutes reach.

Really good service apartments with very kind and friendly staff. It's located in prime and easily accessible location where you can easily order Swiggy or any other online delivery service. Rooms are tidy and clean. We get a induction stove and all utensils to cook food. Refrigerator and microwave is provided. There is house keeping service daily but you need to inform the reception. Ample parking space for your vehicle if not you can easily get Uber cabs. Within 100 meters there is laundry service.

Great place to stay at prime location. Anything you require is easily accessible and staff is supportive as well. Great option when you are travelling with a baby or toddler as we can prepare food for baby. Kitchen has all the basic necessities for yhe same.

Loved the stay at this property! It was calm, pleasant and beautiful. Staffs were very friendly, helped us with the routes and they were always available. Absolutely enjoyed stay here for a week, the staff and everyone here are very polite and ready to help you with anything that you need. They give you this friendly/home vibe so I really liked that, there are a lot of things there within walkable distance and Zomato or Swiggy has no issues delivering there so that's something. One thing I would suggest is to have cupboards with lock or provide locks for the inside rooms as well. I mean it's not an issue but having a place to keep your important items locked gives you a peace of mind since there's only one key provided and that's the main door key. Everything else here is really good, I enjoyed the view and vibe from windows and the balcony as well, the balcony is very relaxing and nice to chill on!

Superb stay of 4 days....Everything neat and in order....furniture, AC. Location is great, very near Panampilly nagar and South Railway station , Thevara... Spacious parking. Food delivered easily.Everything you expect for a decent stay.Staff extremely professional and responsive to every request. Specially Mr. Sreelesh and Mr. Ashik. Will stay again.
