Good enough for a day or two. Pros : - - near NH17 and just 1 km away from NH 66 so a good stop over spot - near Lulu Mall - clean and moderately big rooms, with lot of common areas and comfortable lobby - wifi is fast Cons : - - parking is limited - only two in the covered space, but more I guess can be parked on the private road and nearby - electrical and furnishing of rooms is horrible - light behind the TV, switches are all over the place and switch for light is not near the bed ( fan and ac are there ! ), Some electrical outlets not working as well - wifi though fast, is not strong, signal drops inside the room - toiletries supplied are pretty bad

Worst service ever in my life! 1st stay was through OYO.. And it was a nice room. That's why i choose it for second time.. On my second visit(directly,without OYO) The room was very bad in condition and Congested, the Blankets are not properly washed, they dont even provided Soap, shampoo, extra towel etc.. Totally disapointed with the service. I will not visit or suggest this Hotel anymore.

Very Poor ,if Iam able to give 0 star ,I will ,read the following things before book a room for stay here 1.they written *near lulu mall* but it's actually 3.5km away from lulu mall 2.we booked a delux room via oyo,but when we reach the tourist home,the receptionist told us no ac rooms available and they offered non ac rooms and forced us to cancel the booking (finally we understand that they got some guest and they would like to give the room to them) 3.they just talked the people they booking online are just headache and force us to cancel the booking 4.bad attitude from staffs ,waited about 45 mins for check in and very bad comments. 5.they offering coffee machine,etc ,etc on adverticement but actually not available I have been booking via online about 5 years but this is the first stay which horribled me

Location and infrastructure is good. Room and toilets were pretty clean. Room service and staff attitude was not so welcoming. Breakfast served was just ok.

Worst experience no current, no gud bathroom fertility, no lock for the bathroom, staff service also bad extreme bad experience.waste of money

The worst experiance ever had in my entire life . Me and ma frend booked a room der and ma frend chekined and the front ofice guy was so cool to ma frend after some time when i came to chekin d guy whos more dan 60 age in the fron ofice start behave very rude coz of seeing me i said ill.provide ma adhar copy in a mail he said no need yu guys dont have any room here and asked us to get out of his hotel and he was shouting he is the owner of the hotel and he will do as he wish . Please keep people like dis in bavk end of a hotel and keep good eduvated people who know to behave in the front of the hotel so bad experiance Specialy couples this aged uneducated peorson will get screwd up when he saw u carefull d worst hotel in entire kochi dont waste ur good time and money fo this place

Extremely happy with the safety precautions they took during our stay especially during the pandemic. Me and my family prefer this place for our stay in Kochi

Good place to stay in Ernakulam near to Edapally. Good behavior from staff. Affordable rate. Easy availability of cab.
