Bpc Residence, rooms for rent on daily & monthly basis.

An average hotel. Those who need extra cleanliness should not try to book a room here as you will be disappointed. You can book a room at a much cheaper rate than in Ernakulam. If the electricity goes out, there is no generator system, so you have to wait for the electricity to come back. Bathroom is not very clean. There is no bucket in the bathroom. 900/- per day for a room for three people. If there are two people, the rent will be even lower.

Monthly and Daily rooms available. Excellent rooms with twin beds. The bathroom is clean, and they clean your room on request. Laundry service is available. There are mosquito nets in the room. The room is good for the price. There is no water tap in the bathroom, only a shower faucet. Wifi is not available. Monthly rent is 5000 for a single room which you can share with another person(two beds). They clean your room/toilet weekly when you stay here monthly so you don't have to worry about that. There is basement parking but tall cars cannot pass through it because of how it's built, also the basement gets flooded when raining, not very useful. Overall a good experience and good service staff.

Rooms are good.. fair and large enough for 2 persons to occupy.. all rooms have baths attached.. normal rent is rs.2000 per head and now they are asking for a electricity charge of rs.150 per month per head and vehicle parking charge s( rs.300 for bikes and rs.400 for cars). No drinking water available here( u will have to buy it from outside.) The power supply will be tripped if 2 adjacent rooms consume more than 2 amps.(ie u cannot use any device suchas iron box, water heaters,cofee makers etc).. periodic cleaning will be done by them.. but they wont take the food waste from rooms.. no proper system to manage the plastic and food waste.. but these all could be effectively tackled to some other arrangements which is known only the inmates.. mosquitos are there in plenty.. so you cannot keep the windows open until you fix some mosquito net arrangements.. no external noises.. calm and quite.. inspite of all these cons this place is a very good location for boys to stay

Rooms are neat and clean affordable price but you have more experience in driving for parking that place in front of residency there is a hotel quality and quantity are good

Nice Rooms, They Are Nice to all

Nice room and toilet. Bad in building approach/ parking. Worst in EB power, only one 5 amps plug point. Never ever dream to connect your electric shaver/ Hair Dryer. If MCB trips the panel board is locked and key with owner / manager. We have to be in mercy of them till the time they visit Bpc. ( Their visit is in schedule). A very good building with nice 35 rooms been served with 7/20 wire power line from KSEB mains.

Single bed rooms are cheap and standard. Bathroom tap water is hard that's the only con I found. And electric appliances like iron box, kettle and electric stove cannot be used.

The rooms are new and spacious. But there lacks facility to dispose waste. Staff will change most often and there is no regular cleaning happening
