Benhur

I visited the hotel in December of 2024 and these are my thoughts. Ambience 5/5 The hotel and rooms were designed and built were well. The colour scheme blends together very well and was very ambient. Very spacious as well. Service 1/5 The service was not so great at the hotel. 1. We were late for our check-in by about 3 hours and yet they made us wait for our room as they were just being cleaned. 2. The room was only set for 2 people and ours was a 3 person stay. The amenities nor the bed was set for the same. 3. Our kettle was not working and when we called about it, they said there is no staff available in the hotel. This issue was never fixed. 4. They charged us for drinking water (the very first hotel to experience this). There was no other option provided by the hotel for drinking water. Food 4.5/5 This is only from the breakfast spread. The food was decent but the spread was very limited. Coffee and tea were really good. Overall, if the service could be better, it could be a really great hotel.

My stay at Benhur Hotel was amazing. I was particularly looking for the rooms to be clean and spacious and they did not let us down. The staff there were friendly. Mr. Karthik at the reception was exceptional in making the stay feel more homely. I stayed there for two nights. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The room is exceptionally great, spacious, neat and adequately lighted. The restaurant is also good, clean & neat, food is just okay, Restaurant staffs are very helpful & friendly. Parking is also there. The front office staff's attitude was unfriendly, rude. We had to carry our luggage to the room ourselves as there was no assistance. Additionally, they didn't arrange for delivery of Swiggy/Instamart orders( cookies&peanuts) to our room, we were expected to collect. The lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome.

Rooms was very good and tidy. Neat bathroom. Location is near petta metro . Easily accessible. Restaurant is great with awesome food. We had a kid so the food was so good and we had from the restaurant before leaving to any place. Only issue was reception staff. Not welcoming and looks on us like a disgusting way.

I have a beautiful stay in this hostel. I had experience a kind of feel at home, a atmosphere of peaceful and calmful staying experience. Service and hospitality which the staff showed us very impressive and appreciable. We are totally secure and they provide 100 percentage of safety and ready to approachable for all our needs. I had an amazing experience staying at Benhur Hotel! The ambience was truly awesome, complemented by the exceptional service and friendly staff. The rooms were impeccably neat, with beautiful interiors that added to the charm. The food was delicious, and the overall accommodation exceeded my expectations. A perfect place for a comfortable and memorable stay--highly recommended!

Checkin & checkout formalities - 10/10 Rooms Cleanliness - 10/10 Romm Amenities - 10/10 Hotel ambience & location - 10/10 Car parking space - 10/10 Staff Behaviour & Friendliness - 10/10 Food Service - 9/10 The reason for 9/10 is because the room service menu has very limited options. Also, for breakfast, options are limited two or three items. They do not have breakfast buffet like other hotels. Food Quality & Taste - 10/10 OVERALL EXPERIENCE- 9/10 I will definitely choose Hotel Benhur for my future stays.
