#4 RESORT

We booked this room through Booking.com. After booking, I reached out to the property multiple times to request pictures of the rooms. However, they refused to send them, claiming that there were guests in the rooms. They even provided fake excuses, such as saying that there were no free rooms available. To make matters worse, they had already posted pictures of the rooms on Google, which were not accurate. The pictures on Google had been edited, and the rooms were actually quite dirty. I strongly advise against staying there. Please don't trust the Google review and go there. It's not safe for girls to stay there because it's very crowded and eerie. My friends and I asked them to show us the rooms before check-in, but they were afraid that if we showed them the rooms already, they wouldn't come. I contacted the customer service of Booking.com, but they were not ready to give us the pictures of the rooms or the properties. They said that the pictures were already on the Google review and order, but I don't believe them. It's just a horrible place I've ever seen. The pool, which is shown in the Google review, is not ours as it is. It's very dirty and not good to see. Please don't waste your money in such places. Stay in a place that's not congested and has a good environment.
