Held a meeting at this venue. The hospitality was commendable, and the staff followed up for feedback after the event. The meeting hall was satisfactory, and assistance was readily available. Shared a few suggestions about the food--hopefully, they'll take them into consideration for improvement.

Yesterday We hosted our dealer meet at VKJ International, Perumbavoor, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The venue was elegant, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for our event. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly without a hitch. The meeting hall was spacious and equipped with all necessary facilities, making it comfortable and convenient for all our attendees. Especially their Operations Manager Mrs. Vipina, GM Mr.Sinu Sebastian and all the staffs are very helpful and very professional. The food served was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and appreciated by everyone. Overall, VKJ International provided the perfect setting for a successful and memorable event. Highly recommended for corporate gatherings and functions!

Hospitality Excellent . Unfortunately my room Ac and Fan not working properly! But we adjust because we came here skating match. But no reduction in payment.

We had our son's first birthday party at VKJ international. It was an amazing experience. They made our special day even more special. Food and the ambiance were really awesome. Their customer service was over the top. Jithin and team went above and beyond to make the event unforgettable for my family.

I had an unfortunate experience with this hotel. I have booked bulk rooms in this hotel one month before for my marriage.The reception Manager agreed for a 24 hrs stay from the time of check in till check out.. However one day before marriage they denied the same and I was forced to pay room rent for 2 days instead of one day for a bare 2 extra hours for many rooms This is simply looting helpless people at the last moment. The reception and management is pathetic and I advise people not to book rooms here and book somewhere in ernakulam or nearby places . The room tariff is very high considering the room condition and the pathetic services they provide.

It was so weird and bad. Check in time 23 Sunday check out was on 25 Tuesday. The service and experience was so bad even the staffs weren't pleasing. The bill was huge when the experience wasn't. I recommend to find some place better, I opted this place because of the facilities and review, now I find them as a lie. I would suggest to find some place else for this price point, I really had 2 days of worst experience.

Last year the sadya take out was great for vishu and onam. This time it was terrible. Payasam was like milk and jaggery water. Olan was also full of water and no salt in it. The rice was half cooked and couldn't eat. Pachadi was also half cooked.
