Mixed Experience: Excellent Food, Poor Hygiene I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. While I wasn't expecting a lavish room, cleanliness was a concern. The toilet flush wasn't working, the bathroom tiles were broken, and there was no duster in front of the bathroom. The room had an unpleasant odor, and we had to keep the windows open for ventilation. Additionally, the towel provided appeared to have been used by a previous guest, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the food was great, both for dinner and breakfast. The staff was also courteous and provided good service. If the hotel improves its maintenance and hygiene standards, it could offer a much better stay for guests.

recently stayed here and it was a truly disappointing experience. Front Desk: The front desk staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. From the moment I checked in, I felt unwelcome and ignored. When I mentioned my concerns, the staff shockingly said they didn't care about reviews. Toilets: The toilets were in a horrible state. They were dirty, poorly maintained, and had a foul odor. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this hotel. Food Quality: The food was of terrible quality. The meals were bland, poorly cooked, and unappetizing and cold that. Overall, I would not recommend to anyone. The combination of rude staff, filthy toilets, and awful food made for a very unpleasant stay.

From my opinion the food was very good. The rooms were clean and the water was clean. The staffs were also good to us. But one thing there was no wifi working so there was a bit problem so hope you can solve that problem..Thank you

Room size is small. Prime location near Kochi Airport Minimal and good food. Wonderful service. Price worthy.

We are a group of 13 people from Mumbai who have been staying here since 23 Jan till today, 27 Jan. We found all the rooms and bathrooms quite clean. The family room is nice and cozy. The staff here surprised us by speaking in Hindi and English. So, we did not have any communication problems. We are here for a pranic healing retreat and the schedule was difficult but the staff has been very supportive. They agreed to proved us a simple breakfast way early at 6.30AM. So, the gist is that they are helpful. The location of the hotel is a plus point. Just 8 kms from the Kochi airport. The hotel provides airport transfers. Overall, we are having a very pleasant experience here. A BIG THANK YOU to all the staff for making our stay comfortable.

Clean rooms. Very nice services. ... courteous staff.. they have good pickup and drop services. Well maintained property. Enjoyed our stay during our Pranic Healing Retreat at Kochi, Kerala.

The rooms and facilities inside the hotel are very basic but overall the hotel is good. Rent is also cheap. An excellent option for passengers traveling to and from the airport
