I had a really good stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable, the room was clean and cozy, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The living room was nice, and having a fridge was super convenient. The washroom was also very clean and well-maintained. However, the receptionist was not very professional during check-in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would love to stay here again in the future.

My friend and I stayed here for about 5 days. In a word, it was a very nice stay. A nice room with very good facilities. Great staff. If the room tariff is low, I can say that there is no place in Kochi where you can stay at such a low cost with such good facilities

I had a very pleasant and tension-free stay here. The place was neat and clean, with all the amenities provided including a TV, iron, kettle for making tea, and plates for food, drinking water. The bedroom and bathroom, too, were clean and comfortable, so the stay was hassle-free. The location was in a calm ( even though it's closet to a busy area )and a very peaceful place that is appropriate for relaxation. The caretaker was friendly and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure everything was going well. And the rate was affordable. It was a well-organized and relaxing stay overall, and I would surely recommend this place to others!

It was a nice experience staying at heritage homes. It is located at the heart of Kochi and very convenient. The hotel service is very good. Mr.Sabith was very responsive and kind.
