Place is very calm and quiet. Simply a family type property. The staffs are supportive and helpful. We stayed for 5 days, the atmosphere is peaceful and very near to a good town in close proximity. Supporting for others to considerate.

Our plan for the stay in ernakulam was made enthusiastic as we made our stay in pleasant homes. The accommodation was very nice and clean, we stayed for 3 days just like in our home only. Peacefull stay and supportive staff. Surely recommended.

Bad Experience - Not Recommended The stay was disappointing. Poor cleanliness, unresponsive staff, and basic amenities were not working properly. Not worth the price. Wouldn't recommend.

Worst home stay. Heater not working. The watchman will be sleeping all time. Of you want something you have fully go down and call him. He will be sleeping or he will play free fire.dont stay in this. If you are staying please book in any website or else owner will scam you. Worst hotel.it is not safety for us.

Very nice atmosphere, the pleasant group is good accommodation facilitator for families with safe and homely stays.we stayed in both properties of pleasant group, good to say , best part is the hospitality and support, for a family vacation pleasant can surely considered for safe stay at busy city like ernakulam.At city center, clean place. Our stay at pleasant homes is remarkable, as while during our stay for about a week , we had a nice time in Ernakulam, had a peace stay and quiet environment. My family had safe stay while I was out for my office. Nearby all essentials available. Sure recommended place to stay a bit from busy city, though easily commuting.
