Ocean Pearl Luxury Homestay

Nice stay with family. My family loved this place. Nice ambiance and great rooms. Loved to go back there. Booking was also so friendly. Homely food is also nice with affordable money. A peaceful garden with many flowers and plants. Near this property they have another resort known as kalappura farm house. There they have kayaking and swimming pool. It have a great space outside with a slide and small swing.

I would rate this so-called luxurious stay with zero stars. My close friend chose this place based on numerous positive reviews, which I suspect are likely paid for. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of being a dreadful one. Just picture yourself planning a family stay before your wedding, only to encounter filthy bathrooms, discarded clothes hanging around, and untidy rooms. Well, the icing on this dirtiest cake being the rude and uncooperative manager who demanded that my friend leave the place and refused to issue a refund when she complained. Folks, please avoid this place entirely. In fact, such establishments and their managers should be banned. I have added the photos... Date 29th December 2023

My friend stayed at this homestay and she had the worst experience ever. The sheets were unwashed, the cupboard was filled with clothes of some people, kitchen filled with so many dispersed utensils, used clothes in the washroom. It was definitely a worst experience for my friend. Even the hosts were rude when she had complained about all this, they asked her to move out if she didn't like it. accommodation and their service is excellent. And they have even provided delicious home cooked breakfast as we have asked them.

Had a great experience. Those who are looking for a good and clean home for family staycations can choose this place.
