Hotel O Nettoor Near Lakeshore Hospital formerly Shalom Palace

Be very careful! I would not stay here! I booked a reservation through Booking.com. I confirmed my reservation with the hotel itself and with customer service. I then got a call a week before my arrival to confirm my booking again. I called the hotel a day before my arrival to confirm my booking+ they called me when I was on my way to confirm my check-in time! 10 min later they called again to say they are fully booked and I should call customer service to rearrange my booking! I would not trust this place. Avoid this place or you might end up with no place to stay.

Location is not at all accessible, though booked with OYO with breakfast and they did not have and said later they will get from outside just normal idly and sambar which they couldn't give it by 8am also. Rooms were ok and midnight bathroom pipe broke as well. Overall not a good experience staying here

We stayed for 3 days in Shalom palace and had a delightful experience. The houseowner was very cooperative and helped us in finding taxi. The place was calm and serene and rooms were well maintained.

The rooms where very dirty and have crockroaches roaming also the delivery apps are not allowed property and the food charged are very high and forced to buy from there due to very bad location with no restaurants and transportations nearby

Worst stay ever. The landlady is a pathetic person who doesn't respect privacy and keeps barging in at odd times stating some reason or the other. The rooms were dirty and the group we traveled with fell sick after staying here for just 2 days. The water was dirty and not fit for even bathing. Please don't book here.

Agressive behaviour.... Rinson guy is rude ... Avoid this place , very small way to hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shalom Palace that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was located in a peaceful and serene location.The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. But perhaps the best part of my stay was the reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the hotel was, especially given the high level of service and amenities that were provided. In short, my stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and affordable place to stay.

Never ever book this place for your stay.They provide zero service.We booked this place for 2 days..and the stay literally ruined our entire trip.The room was full of dust,Ac not working properly,the bathrooms and doors latches were broken..beds were not cleaned properly...even after informing all this to the owner...they didn't even care to come and see what's wrong ..also they kept interrupting us every now and then saying some tv needs to be installed blah blah...would definitely not recommend this place for stay
