Arctic business hotel rooms and suites

I recently stayed in this room and had a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean, providing a tranquil and peaceful environment. The safety measures in place gave me peace of mind, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I highly recommend this room to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming accommodation.Excellent-Cooperative Staff. Good stay. Very supportive staffs. Room and Bedsheets could have been cleaned well. Neatly maintained new property apt for work travel. The property doesn't serve breakfast but is over all easy to reach via a cab. Overall the service and facility is worth the money.

BEDBUGS ALERT!!! PLEASE AVOID THS PLACE IF YOU WANT DON'T WANT TO BE BITTEN AND INFESTED BY BEDBUGS DURING YOUR STAY. Booked a deluxe room for a night for an urgent stay due to a medical appointment, and was clearly disappointed by their approach towards cleanliness. Reported bed bugs early next morning, and they said that they could give us a different room, which wouldn't help since the bugs would spread anyways. They didnt provide any ointments either, and fully refused to give us any form of reimbursement. The bathroom drainage smells really bad too. Only plus point is that the staff are well mannered. Please avoid this place if you desire a comfortable night's stay for any reasons. Totally disappointed with their approach towards customer concerns.

The hotels is good and rooms are clean. Worth the price for the rooms. They don't have restaurant so have to order via online food delivery. Two wheeler parking is good.

I love the room and the facilities... but they didn't give us blankets....it was a rainy day and also the room has a/c it was cold .... I asked their to give us blankets but they told us they didn't have blankets.... And also the staff making noise while night time I couldn't sleep ...

The Hotel locates in a good location which is accessable from all means of transportatiom Regarding service is excellent and hospitality is remarkable Only concern is the rate of water bottle which is 24/-. For the guests if the water is supplied free......... Excellent You are with us....... Thank You for the support

Stayed in economy single room room was a bit small but maintained well it was neat and clean bed was good Toilet was neat and clean. Overall ambience is nice AC works fine. Have parking and laundry service Highly recommending for solo travelers who are looking for an air-conditioned accommodation for a reasonable price.

How this place has 4.6 rating on google????? I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was an awful experience. The room was extremely tiny, with no space to walk. For the poor quality and lack of amenities, the price should be below 1000. Even basic necessities like mineral water bottles are not provided--you have to pay extra for those. The label "business hotel" is completely misleading. The noise at night was unbearable. I could hear loud conversations, footsteps, and people constantly going up and down the stairs. When I asked the staff about this, they mentioned that many non-locals, both boys and girls, stay here, but that doesn't justify the disturbances. The room was dirty, with dust on the floor. No blanket was provided--just an extra bedsheet. When I asked for a bath towel, they said everything was in the laundry and brought one very late at night. Even then, the towel was old and unclean. The only positives were that the WiFi and air conditioning worked. They also have a spa inside the hotel, but considering the overall hygiene, I doubt anyone would feel comfortable using it. Never visit this hotel with family or as a couple--it's far from suitable. Even solo travelers would find it uncomfortable. Avoid at all costs.
