With 2K - AC is not working , Not a clean room. Worst experience

I stayed here for 2 days . Iam really satisfied about the service and the rooms are quite neat and clean. The staffs are very friendly. I will definitely consider this apartment whenever Iam in Kochi. The owner is a trustworthy person. Overall a 5 star experience. I think, these bad reviews are from the hotel owners nearby who doesnt like to appreciate this great apartment.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality rooms, and high-quality service. Please do not go blindly by the great reviews. It is extremely unclean, no lining of blanket with sheet, very dirty blanket and threadbare too. AC works for namesake no cooling to be expected. Roads leading to this place is extremely narrow too.

Superb and very clean room. Rooms are really big. The workers are very loyal and humble. Very calm and relaxed area inside city And also metro station is just nearby easily travel to anywhere. I am giving five star to ahalan service

The worst rooms ever Idk who even let them put luxury in their name. The room was extremely small and the air conditioning was the worst. To top it all the blanket wasn't lined with sheets and it made everything extra uncomfortable. Please dont visit this hotel not worth the money at all.
