A great option for a group, great rooms, apartment and pool. However, service is a huge let down. No food and poor service.

We booked a 2 BHK flat for a day. One bedroom's bathroom door couldn't be locked from the outside. The bathroom had no hooks or racks to hang towels or clothes. I'm not sure if it provided hot water--I couldn't get any, even after turning the taps. The bedroom doors also didn't lock properly; you had to push hard and use the lower lock. The flat had a kitchen with a gas stove, but there was no gas connected. A tea kettle was provided, but it was rusted, and they didn't supply any tea powder. Water glasses were not provided; you had to request them.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was abysmal, with staff showing little concern for guest needs or complaints. The room had multiple issues, including a slow-flowing pipe, a non-functioning heater, and a bathroom that flooded with water. This made it completely unsuitable for a family stay. Hygiene was a major concern as the room had not been properly cleaned, and to my shock, there was evidence of waste in the bin from the previous month. Overall, this was a subpar and unsanitary experience that I would strongly advise against. The cleanliness was appalling; the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and it was evident. I found hair, dust, and even insects in both the bed and the bathroom. Given the exorbitant price and the so-called luxury branding, this stay was a complete waste of money. I strongly discourage anyone from considering this hotel for their stay. It's far from suitable for a family, and the overall experience was utterly disappointing. One silver lining in this otherwise dismal experience was one staff member who showed some decency. He made an effort to clean the room once we brought the issues to his attention. However, it's essential to note that the condition of all the rooms seemed to be the same, indicating a systemic problem with maintenance and hygiene throughout the hotel. Despite the efforts of this individual staff member, it did little to salvage our overall impression of the place.

If you are visiting Thiruvalla, this is a very nice place to stay. They rent out 2bhk and 1 bhk. The place look premium and the service is also very nice. There is a pool and gym available at the facility. Place is well maintained and situated next to owner's house. Recommended for party and events.

No room service, the hotel has just started and the room rent of Rs 3000, is on the higher side, otherwise, the hotel rooms are good. The hotel management should have good room service and other facilities in the rooms.

Had a really good stay here with my family. The place was almost packed but they helped us to find a room that meets our needs

They don't even provide water or proper cleaning service.
