Just stayed in this hotel 1 night last week. Well booked a single room no ac. Overall experience was really horrible. The room was not clean at all even the bet clothes and all the stuff was really untidy. The bathroom door was not even closing properly and all the dirty smell was entering into the room. I just wanted to vacate this room at the earliest. For those who are staying in Eratupetta never ever book any hotels since the overall service is very bad. Better book a room at Pala town since there are more better hotels.

We had a wonderful stay at Rieva Residency. Highly recommended for families. The staff welcomed us warmly and were always available to help. The room and bathroom were very clean and sanitized, and we appreciated the amenities like AC, TV, and refrigerator. Plus, the room was affordable. Additionally, they provide the facility to accommodate 4 members in a double room with an extra bed and blanket. Thanks for a great stay, Rieva Residency!

I recently stayed at HOTEL RIEVA RESIDENCY in ERATTUPETTA and had a fantastic experience. The Deluxe Room I stayed in was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows. One of the highlights of my stay was the view from the room, I truly enhanced my experience. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to [local attractions, transportation, etc.]. I would highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone visiting [Location] and will definitely return on my next trip.

A recommended stay at erattupetta.. I stayed at Rivea as part of our trip to Illikal kallu/ Elaveezhapoonchira. Easily accessible from Google map. Rooms are neat and was basic. I would suggest to add few more toiletries like toothbrush and paste. Eventhough food was not available there was plenty options nearby. A movie theatre was just opposite so we went to movies at night. Car parking facility was available but a bit compact. Will visit again in future.

I had a wonderful experience at the Rieva Residency.The Rooms were very clean especially bathroom, very comfortable to stay here. And the staffs were so amazing. Hi, I had a recent stay at Rieva Residency. Being a pilot, I get to live around a lot of spaces. This is one of the best I had ever tried out. Great Customer service and Hospitality. They have taken extra care in maintaining a clean and soothing ambiance. The location is also appropriate if you wish to move around during the stay. I had a great time living in here with family.
