The restaurant ambience was nice. It was clean and hygienic. Food was okay. The chicken masala served was sweet. Service was good.

Went for lunch and it was the worst decision. The food looks great but taste wise its a nightmare

We went there around 3.30pm. Meals were over. But we ordered biriyani, mixed noodles, fried rice, porotta and chilli chicken. Except for the biryani, everything was good. The mixed noodles were especially good. Service, cleanliness, parking, accessibility all were good.

Best food taste. Good premium bar experience and service. The restaurant ambiance is just satisfying. Parking is good. Overall satisfying experience.

I found this hotel accidentally while I drove back to home from Vagamon. We were looking for a good place to dine after the trip. We went in it was wow kinda experience.. Washoorms and clean and tidy like a star hotel. When we went in to the restaurant it was actually empty. We stared with a soup cream of chicken and sweet corn. It was exceptional. Then we ordered some Starters and went for main course. Each of them were better than other. The most amazing part was the cost. It was just a normal rate for those good quality food. I was really happy with the service and quality of the food. I strongly recommend this one when ever you go near by.

Good for accommodation. Bar attached hotel and separate restaurant for non- alcoholics. Foods are tasty, but most of the items in the menu card are not available. Fully air-conditioned restaurant. Calm and quite place.

One word to say about this Multi cuisine restaurant- Great and Awesome. Food is really really good, well behaved staff, nice ambience, cleanliness is very good. Food items are medium priced and quality is excellent. Must try restaurant.

The Restaurant on the first floor is the best one in Erattupetta in the case of ambiance and service. The seatings are very comfortable and attractive. I tried a Chicken Biriyani and a Fresh Lime. The biriyani was tasty and hot which satisfied me very much and it was value for money. The pappadam served here is very large. But, the Fresh Lime was dissatisfying as it was not much sweet and it is not worth the money. The staffs are very well behaving and there is sufficient area for parking.
