Pros: Lift availablity Cost: - Limited parking space - Endless stairs - Auditorium on the top floor One of my friends marriage related function was there. We reached there on time, the parking space was limited. And the lift was in a place where we can easily find. So we took the stairs, the endless stairs took us to the 3rd floor while the auditorium was on 4th floor which needs to be accessed through another stairs on the other side of the building. Made total confusion. The bride had a room arranged on 3rd floor. It was good. But the auditorium was not the best. Wasn't kept clean (I am not sure if I should blame the hotel management or the catering team for this). But in total it was a neutral experience. Didn't see anything good there except the property is situated on the centre of city.

Rooftop auditorium is nice. Underground parking facility is not enough for this place
