Hotel Emperor Kannur

Location vise it's good if u need an halt whilst traveling via Kannur. Otherwise the rooms are not for leisure stay. Kindly avoid it if going with family. The room has smell and sheets were dirty. However the staff will act very proactive and provide room freshners to comfort you. But can be improved. Breakfast also required improvement.

Not recommended. I stayed on a so called a super deluxe room today. The front desk was not hepful and their attitude was nor friendly. I was told to check out exactly at the expiry of 24 hours by early morning 5.30 and request to give even half an hour extension was turned down. Restaurant was average quality . I am not sure how they are claiming a four star status for this hotel.

Horrible customer service.the hotel is denying checkin after we booked rooms and got confirmation. They are saying we can't give u any rooms as no room available. Please be careful before booking rooms here. They are not friendly enough to answer ur queries and just disconnect call

Today late evening around 9.30pm I went to book a room for one of my friend who is coming from blr and the front staff Varun refused to show the room, instead he says see the images in his phone and book, then I asked same guy to share his managers number, he refused to give his managers number, instead he says his company policy will not allow him to share the numbers of manager or owner. Very rude and bad behaviour from the front office staff.

Clean and spacious rooms with nice balcony. Safe for family. Car parking available. Breakfast is great which they providing as Complimentary. Paid around 3000 for one day stay. No restaurants near by, if yuh have vehicle yuh can access mvk restaurant which is quite famous in that locality. They itself having In house restaurant we didn't try. Overall experience was good.

Worst bar I have ever visited. In the so-called premium lounge they are providing zingaroo and kf beer. When asked about rum he said celebration only available. Ordered one chilly beef . Not sure it was how many days old.

Rooms size were fine toilets were clean but the exhausted fan wasn't working so it smelled bad. Bedsheets weren't changed they were really dirty. We only had breakfast there it did not taste good at all. No varieties at all. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff they were very polite.
