AIWA Residency

I booked six rooms at Aiwa Residency Edappal a week in advance for a family wedding, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were not cleaned--there were bottles and glasses left in the rooms from previous guests. The management showed little concern for basic guest needs, making it uncomfortable for families. This place may be suited for those looking for an evening hangout or cocktail party, but I wouldn't recommend it for families or anyone seeking a clean, welcoming stay. 1/5 stars

Stayed at Aiwa Residency during our trip to Kozhikode, and it was a delightful experience! The stay was super comfortable and had a warm, homely vibe. The owner was incredibly friendly and made sure all our needs were met with excellent service. If you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free place to stay in Kozhikode, I'd highly recommend Aiwa Residency!

Very bad rooms. Uncleaned Bedsheets, No drinking water is provides to drink. No Hot water. Rooms are big but very bad infrastructure. Continous power cut no generator or Ups support. I won't recommend to any of my friends and family stay at this place

They have all ready but you have to keep asking everything.... Rooms and bathroom is good no hot water heater...all rooms in 2nd and 3rd floor no lift ..... Other than that okay...

Very very worst hotel I have ever seen. Very worst staffs. The guy in counter is very very rude. He just asked me to go out of the hotel and he said go and search road in pattambi road. Very very worst I don't want to give this 1 star also Very very worst don't go this hotel.

The rooms were okay. And are spacious enough to fit many people. Location is great too. There is enough parking space too

A good hotel for place like edappal, spacious rooms . Excellent service from management and staffs. Keep up the same.
