Location is good, but the room is not good and mainly AC is not available. For normal room only they charged 2k for 3 person, in room basic things are not there like towels, waterbottle, bathing soap. This place is the main spot for beach drive easy access for the beach, they can improve the service and need to do lot many changes. Suggestion:- Install AC service for all the rooms, maintain the room properly. Change the bedsheet and door mats regularly

I stayed at the Resort last week. It was a very bad experience. The behaviour of the Staff was very bad. Check everything when allocate room. Ask for a checklist of item provided by resort. otherwise it will be charged from you. In case of charges paid for missing items to resort, please demand receipt for that compulsory. otherwise resort charges high than actual cost. My Experience - At the time of checkout, resort staff told me that 5 glass is missing from your room. You have to paid 200 rs

Beach Pavilion Homestay, Muzhappilangad, Kannur We had a pleasant 3-day stay at Beach Pavilion Homestay with family. We booked 3 spacious rooms--two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The rooms, including the bathrooms, were very spacious. The homestay is just 30-40 meters from the Muzhappilangad Drive-in Beach, which is its main attraction. Since this is a homestay and not a hotel, room service should not be expected. However, whatever we requested was provided. Food is available from a nearby hotel, which delivers to the room, or you can pre-order meals with the homestay caretaker (we tried breakfast, which was good but not excellent). The owner was very friendly and helped arrange local transportation. Overall, the experience was good for the price. Areas for Improvement: 1. Bathroom showers were not working, likely due to clogging. A thorough cleaning is needed. 2. Bath towels were not provided. It would be great if they could be included. If you're looking for a peaceful beachside stay with a homely feel, this place is a good option!

That is a nice and relaxing resort. No big environment, it is a good simple place for a good price. Good management, 'Preyag' is a great host, he takes care of everything. Good and clean rooms, simple equipment. The location is very close to the beach. The vilage is circa 2 km away (if you ask your host, I bet he brings you there) We come again!

An okayish room / more spacious bathroom ... The owner was a nice person ... Services were good , They provide breakfast if we preorder atleast in the night , Chairs and tables were there a spot to hangout in the late evenings and night , it's just few mts near the Shore , so the vibe was Good . Would recommend this place for a Overall Good stay

I think the worst experience till date i had with homestay food. During lunch time they do not serve Non veg in their meal plan and thats what was communicated to us. So we had ordered for chicken for 19 adults. When we started our lunch we found the pieces to be very small and quantity also less. It was so less that 2 of our friends did not receive it when they had lunch. Even when they were serving the chicken to us they were not ready to serve more than 2 small pieces and neither we can serve our selves. This same thing got repeated for our dinner as well as our next day lunch. Everytime 2 of our friends did not get chicken which was ordered during lunch 2wice and dinner time which was included in our package because they were late. When asked where is chicken they said " its over" we will prepare egg but with extra cost. We ourselves ordered for BBQ time 3 kg chicken and i will mention it was really good and enough quantity for all 19 of us. Now the main CATCH- During the billing time it was mentioned that we have consumed 9kgs chicken during the extra lunch time for both days. What we understood is because we ordered for 3 kgs during BBQ they had simply calculated the same amount for our lunch time twice. We were shocked that BBQ time we all had enough big pieces chicken for all of us but during the lunch and dinner times we didn't have enough food for all. They had also charged us for our next day lunch as Rs 250 for menu and charged xtra again Rs1200 for chicken (Even though there was sukha and curry type) which was again less. We were shocked that just for this much lunch veg menu they charged 250 per head and xtra Rs 1200 for chicken. Very disappointing.....And when we asked questions they simply said we already reduced the prices and then giving ...

Rooms are Very bad ... No Ac , very hot inside .. dirty water on tap and bathroom

We had stayed for 3 days, it was very comforting stay as the owner Mohan and his assistant Pryag were very supporting in making our stay comfortable. The property is bit old but if you are not so 5 star savy then it is giving you direct access to beach and yet let you feel relaxed. We prefered mostly their food and it was like home cooked only so that is another great experience staying here. All these superseed some negative aspecf of the sbeaxj house. Home Mohan will do some renovation sooner than later.
