Green Tea Hotel

As of now, I thought the overall service would be good but the service was drastically impressive. I didn't expect this kind of well mannered service. The food, the rooms was very hygienic. Service served by the person is very good and he behaved exceptionally gentle to us, even I remember his name ,Hari. Finally the trip went pleasant along with this kind of experience. Thank you Green Tea Hotel for making my trip memorable.

I had a great time at the hotel--really nice place with awesome service. One of the highlights was the restaurant, where a waiter named Hari took care of us. He was super friendly, always smiling, and quick to help with anything we needed. He even recommended some dishes that turned out to be amazing. Hari really made the whole dining experience better. Big thumbs up to him and the rest of the hotel team!

I stayed at the Green Tea Hotel for three nights and had an amazing experience. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and variety of things were there. I especially appreciate the sincere work of the staffs who were working there mainly the Tall person named Hari krishnan, who made us comfortable throughout the stay. We will definitely return! Highly Recommended Stay & Excellent car Service! Had an amazing stay at Hotel Green Tea Munnar! The location is fantastic, offering beautiful views and easy access to major attractions. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, always ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. A big shoutout to Deepu, our driver, who made exploring Munnar effortless and enjoyable. He took us to the best scenic spots and hidden gems while also helping us find amazing shopping places. Despite not knowing the local language, we never felt lost--thanks to Deepu's support and knowledge. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. If you're visiting Munnar, I highly recommend staying at Hotel Green Tea and taking Deepu as your driver / guide for an unforgettable trip

Visited this place with family for first time! It was a good experience. Chicken biriyani and Meals were awesome. So was fish curry meals certain items are upto 20 minutes but worth it! Service and atmosphere too price worthy Will highly recommend this place

Very bad restaurant..we have been waiting for our table to be cleaned bt no one showed up. Also they didn't even attempt to give a glass of water. Taste wise food was below average. Not worth the money. We were not served with the food what we ordered. Overall bad experience.

Not good for food ..long hours Quee..n wait..n when v ask most dishes are not available... prices r ok..bt food n hygiene not okay Please try to get more stuff 2/3 boys Managing service u got a prime location utilise it get more stuff n more dishes just don't make menu for show keep those dishes too N for rooms please keep rooms clean there was a black lizard on my child bed at time of check out v saw..plz keep clean rooms ...hot water is excellent
