Zero Stars It was the worst experience ever. Never go to this hotel and never book from goibibo. The customer care is useless. They are cheating customers. They are showing fake photos on the website. For a room worth less than 200 rs, they are charging 1000 rs. There is no one to check you in to the property had to wait for 30 mts. Then one rude person came and told they dont accept online booking. Then after one hour of fight, they gave the room. The room was stingy, dirty and very shabby and small. Very very old. The bed is very small even though they charge for a double bed. There is no cupboard or almirah to keep things, no facilities at all. The toilet is an indian closet, very dirty and difficult to use. No hot water. No lift. Nothing. Reported to customer care. They gave no answer. The hotel manager is not attending calls. Customer care is very bad. I am moving to consumer court to file a petition against goibibo and the hotel for fraud. DO NOT USE GOIBIBO.
