Nice hotel ,in chittur With bar .good rooms

I reserved Cee Dee Regency for my son's noolukettu ceremony after confirming with the manager about the food quality and taste, which he assured would be excellent. However, the food turned out to be dreadful, hardly worth a third of the 375 rupees per plate. I had to apologize to all of my guests for the disappointing experience. It was truly a nightmare for us.

Poor customer service. I have called the reception regarding the availability of rooms on a particular date. I usually book through the offical website or by other app. But I only seen the room price on the website. So I called the hotel for the same. And the one who attended the reception,really hesitate to reply. I don't know whether he get a call or not. He just said he is getting call from 4 pm yesterday regarding the availability of room and he is fed up with that. So what I am supposed to do with that. I never called there before. I have mentioned that too. Even if I called is this the customer service provided by a so called 3 star hotel?. And why should I supposed to hear about the last call made by someone else?, if he can't handle the customer queries, want to share the details of previous enquiry to the next one why he's still there?. For your kind information please help customers with their queries. We really don't want to know about any other customer stories and how you dealt with that. Please have some etiquates. I really don't know about the facilities provide by them. That may be good. I only mentioned my booking experience.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR ANY FUNCTION DONT CHOOSE THE FOOD FROM THERE .IT WILL SPOIL OUR HAPPINESS OF OUR FUNTION.FOOD IS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We have booked 1 conference room and food from the hotel for family function.coference room is good but food is worst experience They are charging 370/-per plate and it is not at all worthy for 100 rs.quality is very bad and taste is horrible

Worst behaviour from the manager. The charging spots are loose. Television not working. Then what services are u providing in a room. No essential services provided. If u rectify good for you. This hotel do not receive any star. Room boys are well mannered but the management is very arrogant.

Deluxe AC rooms are very comfortable and spacious, liked the food served at the hotel . Dosa could be added for menu in dinner , it was not available when I dined. Location is on the road and if u are movie lover .. u could just walk across the road to enjoy a movie. If you booze u have a bar attached to the hotel If you are the one who goes to bed early .. please note.. The locals at bar may create fuzz in this place and become noisy some time if u take a room at 1st floor above bar space .. u might have trouble sleeping

Horrible experience, Fire Alarm Sensor Makes sound every 15sec and if you are a sleep like a deep sleeper you may opt other one. There is zara stays nearby Also Mosquito was there later we found the window was open. Exhaust fan was making loud sound.
