Been there for almost 2 days and it was a fantastic experience i was travelling with my family and it was a memorable one. Thank you akhil for making this happen, The vibe of the place is really different than regular resorts as all sorts of age can enjoy this location and they will gel into it real quick. We must appreciate all the staff involved in maintaining this place in such condition. From my end i will rate this as a five star place and its a must visit place if you ever go to Munnar. Please make sure to call and check for the availability in advance.

Has a wonderful stay at A cabin home. Staffs were cooperative. View is awesome. Rooms and toilets are neat and clean. We can see sunrise from the room itself. Breakfast and dinner are good enough. Have some wonderful memories in camp lights . Thanks camp lights team for making the vacation wonderful .

The place was absolutely amazing. The only problem is that the cleanliness is kind of bad, such as bugs and stained curtains. The service from the staff was great and the food was also good. Overall Nice

The place was really good and the rooms and especially the services provided by the staffs was great. There were places for sunrise and for sunset and both places was worth watching.. The plot of resort is clean and well maintained. Overall we had a good holiday experience.

Our recent trip to Camplights, intended as an adventurous day out with colleagues, turned out to be a major disappointment from start to finish. Despite the high expectations set by their Instagram page, the experience was far from satisfactory. Transportation Woes: We were promised a vehicle at the designated pickup point, but despite providing the number of attendees well in advance, we were left waiting under the scorching sun for more than an hour before boarding the jeeps. Such a lack of preparation and communication was unacceptable. Poor Hospitality: The lack of courtesy was evident right from the beginning. The first group to arrive was not welcomed with the promised refreshments. Instead, they were left standing without any guidance until the rest of the group arrived. Substandard Accommodation: The three rooms we booked were in deplorable condition. The lighting was inadequate, and the restrooms were unhygienic, which was shocking given the price and planning that went into this trip. Terrible Food and Service: The lunch served after a grueling trek was subpar. The staff's attitude was dismissive, as though serving us was a favor rather than a paid service. After the waterfall trek, we had to wait over an hour in the dark for tea and snacks, which turned out to be the worst part of the trip. Poor Planning and Execution: This wasn't a last-minute trip--we had booked it well in advance. The Camplights team failed to anticipate the crowd, plan meals, or manage logistics effectively. The unprofessional attitude towards welcoming guests and providing basic amenities was disappointing. Verdict: Camplights completely failed to deliver the experience they advertise. From transportation and accommodation to food and hospitality, everything was poorly managed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, let alone my worst enemy.

Camps and rooms are good. But the service is very bad.. No more staff's there for service. They don't ask anything. Even they are not ready for arrange the camp fire. Bad behavior.
