JK Residency (4 star Business Hotel)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were excellent with great conditions and amenities, but there was no one to assist with luggage. However, the room service food was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I'd consider staying here again despite some areas for improvement.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and had a great experience. The rooms were very nice and cozy, making it easy to relax after long days. All the facilities I needed were available and in excellent condition, room service. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience -- definitely a hotel I would recommend and consider staying at again!

We had an engagement ceremony at jk and it was an exceptional experience with excellent food and service. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. Overall, it was a memorable event, with great food, impeccable service, and a stunning venue. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host a special occasion!

1. Booking the room over phone - Professional. 2. Checking IN - All Okay. 3. Room service - Pathetic and very un professional behaviour from the restaurant staff. 4. Dine in (Dinner) - Okay, no complaints. 5. Complimentary Breakfast - The worst one you can ever have. Highly unprofessional and rude behaviour. They call it a buffet but there is nothing but a upma and a empty dosa bowl which they won't fill until you request multiple times. No omlet which usually people expect from all hotels everywhere. Juice is there but empty, you have to request few times for it. Chai is there but ofcourse the flask is empty, you still have to request multiple times. And all this is 8.45 A.M to 9.00 A.M They are completely disconnected from reality.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel very welcoming. The rooms was specious and comfortable and specifically restaurant launch so nice and tasty food. thank so much your valuable service

When I heard Cheruvathur, I thought I wouldn't find any good hotels. But when I came to JK Residency, that doubt was dispelled. The location and ambiance are good. The complementary breakfast is appreciable. Overall, JK Residency was a good experience.

Note that this review and comment is just about the restaurant, I did not stay here. We went there for breakfast at 8:00 am, while traveling. They don't seem to encourage dine in. Staff in the restaurant exhibited unprofessional behavior; Delayed service, telling multiple times that food will delay, coming to re-check the order multiple times etc showed that they were not interested to serve people dining in. Rates were normal, food options were very limited and taste wasn't great. Otherwise ambience is good.
