Very good hotel very premium high quality room need and clean.

Big and cozy rooms but food menu leaves a lot to be desired. We ended up having food from Zomato for a couple of times... New management will need to also ensure the facilities offered are actually working as well.. they have the potential to be one of the best. Will definitely visit that day

Nice place spend a day. Property is not properly maintained ad we were informed some renovation work is in progress. The available facilities were very good. We could find the lack of maintanance in many areas. Rooms are spacious and neat. Moslty it is desinged in traditional Kerala style. You can also opt for staying in floating cottages or traditional Kerala house. That would ve a great experience. The food was just avarage. If you do fishing in the pond, and catch some fish, you can ask them to prepare the same for your lunch. But it is chargable. We felt like it is little bit constly.

We were here for a family event, with extended family and friends from all over the world. Our stay here was for 3 nights. We got the lake facing room. The rooms are massive,spacious and has an old world charm with modern amenities. The entire property is superb,amidst the backwaters and a artificial lake with houseboat etc.||The services and the food too good. The entire event was an smooth affair and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay here.Honestly want to visit again for chilling out.

Absolutely fantastic stay! One of the biggest rooms for any hotel, lovely decor, beautiful views and well laid out resort.||We had a destination wedding/anniversary celebration over 3days and I cannot thank the wonderful staff of the hotel who ensured everything was taken care of. The warmth, their hospitality and their food was simply 5stars. Every single staff made my guests feel at home and were attentive to all their needs. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done. Everything about this resort is top notch! Keep up the good work!

Very good ambience, good place to stay and enjoy with family. Rooms are great, required little maintenance. All staff are polite and very helpful. Food was awesome. Pool was good and cleaning was done regularly. Amenities includes kids play area, cycling, pedal boat in a small pond, boating for 30 mins into the backwaters, swimming pool and indoor games available. No liquior. To stay with family it's a good option, its around 40 km from lulu mall Kochi, near turavur.

All star for location and a great bunch of staff.. food is very very bad. Please work on it. Mr Ullas is a very good at Guest Relations. Other like Ms Gopika and a few young ladies always smiling .. The staff is very warm and so thoughtful. We had our friends reunion and they were so welcoming and warm and considerate. The place is beautifully and is maintained well too. Only issue I faced is the food, if they work on it, some items are good but some are too bad .. it will be great if the management work on this part.

This is an absolutely delightful property. Serene, quiet and embodies a traditional decor. The room is very spacious with a huge balcony. The view from my room's balcony had a lake, pool and a lot of greenery. The furnishing inside is very soothing and gives a relaxed holiday feel. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and food tasted good. They also serve complimentary chai and pakoras in the evening, which is a plus. A lot of open green spaces in the property which provide a good hangout space with family. Staff is courteous and prompt. There is a house boat ride available early morning and evening. A small sports room has a pool and TT table. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for a warm comfy stay in Alleppey.
