Kayalpura Island Resort

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The resort did not provide the room we had originally booked and instead gave us a completely different one without any explanation. This felt like a deliberate act of deception. The customer service was shockingly poor -- no one answered our repeated calls when we tried to raise our concerns. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. It was truly a frustrating experience, and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

We didn't even get the room we had booked. They gave us a different room and completely deceived us. Their customer service is extremely poor. This is the first time we've had such a bad experience. When we tried to call and report the issues with the resort, they didn't even bother to answer our calls, clearly showing their disregard for customers. Booking this resort is a complete waste of money.

It felt misleading and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when we tried reaching out to the resort to resolve the issue, our calls were completely ignored. The lack of customer care was evident. This was by far one of the worst experiences we've had, and sadly, a total waste of money. We won't be returning, and we strongly advise others to be cautious before booking.

The facility is clean nicely decorated and the nature is amazing. They have their own boat that takes you for a tour. They are personally very kind and friendly and the service is top level. The chef, cooked very delicious food for us and we absolutely loved it. Thanks to lagoon trip for this special stay

Worst place, Bad room service, money waste service. Too Hot place, no FAN they are not turning the AC in day time. How they decide that we can stay without AC or Fan in the room. They are collecting the total money when checkin itself. Breakfast, lunch, dinner are too bad. Only limited quantity will be provided.Their attitude are not good Money making land not island. Total waste. Only river scenery looks better.

Very poor service , rooms not clean , they served the food in very bad conditions ;the plates were not washed properly . the rooms are too small like only 4 people can stay in the room but the property owner informed us they can accommodate 10 persons and take money from us for the 10 persons . No bedsheet or blankets given. The food they served was very average and salt was too much in all their curry. Overall very disappointed with the environment and non cleanliness. My advise for people who plan to take rooms in Kayalpuram resort - don't be a fool .

Room service was terrible.No value for money .There is no privacy at all .They collected the total money when we checkin . There is also limitations for using speakers .they will not allow speakers after 10pm .and the attitude of the people is too bad
