We had a wonderful lunch there. Had a variety of dishes from their menu. Their ambience & service was best .Food items was delicious & fantastic

I have never seen this kind of unprofessional hotel in recent times, they are running this hotel mainly for the bar and not for accommodation. My friend had booked a room here for a family function and the hotel checkin experience was horrible, We went with my friend and his family with the little kid and they haven't even opened the reception door for almost 15 minutes. The reception guy was inexperienced and they were just literally abusing us for the late check in. My friend was driving from Trivandrum and we came to the hotel after the function around 1.30am, they were asking us for the late arrival and I would never recommend this hotel for a stay. This one is star hotel and the experience was horrible. If you are coming anywhere near Alleppey, please feel free to book some where else!

Very pathetic and bad experience. We are a regular guests from opening of this hotel. Food and service was good at opening time. But now it becomes the worst experience. Food quality is become very poor and not recommended this place any more. When we informed this to manager he was adamant and rude to us. They don't know the value of customers. Till last month the food quality was good and only because of food we recommend this. Please avoid, we have many other options available in nearby area.

Resort like stay. Finest hotel in recent trips to various parts of North and South India.

Menu card was not shared. Food options were limited. We chose biriyani. It was too spicy and there was too much masala. Even the raita was spicy and the papad was soggy. We excepected much better from Abaam as we had good experience in Vytilla

Newly opened well maintained amenity. Tried the fish curry meals , squid roast and Karimeen ( Pearl Spot ) fry. Satisfied in terms of taste.
