I had high hopes for this hotel, but I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. While the hall was acceptable, the food was both poor in taste and portion size, yet extremely expensive. The staff's behavior was shockingly bad--they made everyone feel uncomfortable with their attitude and service. Despite waiting 45 minutes for a resolution, we weren't even given a proper bill. We were wrongly charged for 51 meals instead of the 44 that were actually served. Due to a family emergency, we couldn't argue further, but I hope others are warned by this revie

I recently booked a program in this hotel, and the experience was disappointing. The hall was decent--I'd rate it 3/5. However, the food quality and quantity were terrible, and the prices were unreasonably high. The staff was rude and unprofessional, especially while serving food--it made everyone uncomfortable. We had to wait 45 minutes just to have a basic discussion and were never given a proper bill. To make things worse, they charged us for 51 meals when only 44 people ate. They didn't even count the used plates. We had an emergency and couldn't confront them, but this kind of dishonesty is unacceptable.

Rooms are not up to the mark. Please keep the bathroom and fridge clean. We need to inform the reception to turn on the hot water. Food was really good, tasty and very affordable. Food is freshly prepared. So we need to wait a bit longer. That is acceptable. But the quality of the rooms are very less. Especially cleanliness.

A decent place to spend a good evening at Cherpulassery. Have all varities of beers. Good snacks and nice service as well

Good, spacious, well furnished and neat rooms. Breakfast was complimentary but menu is limited due to restricted customer base.

I don't know how travellers post good reviews for this hotel. They are charging 1800 for a/c room (suite room mentioned by receptionist... LOL). They don't know what is maintainance and service. Bathroom look like a local lodge which was maintained before 5 years, I think. Washbasin and closet full of dirt and stains. There was a local bar down to this hotel, after 6pm the parking was full and drunkens roaming around. Not worth for what we pay.

Good looking from outside and inside. Bathrooms were not maintained properly. For the suit room 206 which we took, wash basins inside the bathrooms were dirty, water heating was not functional and the room service brought hot water from outside for all of us to use. May the problem is only with this room, anyway the manager has to take a look into this.
