Relax Inn Hotel

Very bad experience with the staff especially the female staff in the reception. They behaved rudely and in a unprofessional manner. Better to appoint staff who behaves properly to the customers.

Stayed in this hotel on my way back from Sabarimala to Chennai.After a little search I got accommodation in this hotel.was sceptical but to my surprise the room was very good.Toilet was very clean,24 hr hot water,TV with most of the good channels(Tamil,sports,English news),Good working AC,very close to bus stand and railway station.Single AC room Rs.1230 per day.24 hr timing.I have posted photos of tariff card.They referred one Parvathy pure vegetarian restaurant about 100 ft away.(decent lunch and dinner @ very very nominal rate) .I stayed for a day.was able to cover Mavelikhara (13 kms) Mahadeva temple and Sri Krishnaswamy temple by town bus.Evening went to Sri Chengannur Mahadevar temple.They didn't recommend to buy chips as the oil is adulterated.on the whole it was very satisfying and wholesome stay at Relax inn. Our room looks like it was recently renovated. Clean room, comfortable bed, working TV and AC. The rate was also reasonable. Short walk from the train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. What more can you ask for?

Absolutely the worst experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The rooms and toilets were filthy, unclean, and unhygienic, posing serious health concerns. Despite the high charges, no GST invoice was provided. The overall service was pathetic, and the place is not worth the money. Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Best value for money experience. Me and my mother stayed here on last day of our shabrimala pilgrimage. Lady in the reception was very helpful, special thanks to the owner of the hotel, who personally called some people and arranged for early morning kochi airport cab for us.

Excellent Room n Location. But the reception staff is very bad. Doesn't know to smile at the guest more over spoke to me in a very bad voice. The lady receptionist was very good.
