Me and my old college friends gathered last week here. It's an amazing experience. Very spacious rooms with neat and clean bathrooms And fully air-conditioned with the hall also. Very happy with their service. No disturbance at all. Two cars and 5 two wheeler parking also.

I had a very bad experience. The staff here is uncooperative. Hot water was also not available. The staff are behaving like criminals. We got dirty rooms and bed sheets. We called several times but did not receive a response. They didn't give us freshup time in the morning. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Superb guest house. We stayed for a night. But the only drawback was that there are no restaurants or hotels near by and if you need them, you have to walk nearly about 1.5km and get to the railway station and go to the nearby hotels. Rooms were superb. One normal bathroom and one attached bathroom. 3 Air Conditioners were present. And there is free WiFi and 24 hours hot water is available.

There is no sense of customer service for this staff. They just care about their assets with no common sense. The staff woke me up to clean the floor. I had just slept at 5 am with out sleep entire night due to Pilgrimage. Despite saying to clean late as we had just slept an hour back, the staff wanted to clean the floor and wanted us to get up and change place. Very pathetic service. I do not recommend anyone to use this guest house. No common sense to the staff.

Great place to have lived in with tranquility and serenity around with greenery and birds chirping. Air-conditioned rooms, clean beds and pillows, and needed space to park an SUV in the premises. This place has 2 set houses on the ground and the first floor. Free WiFi available Hot and normal water available Fridge available 1.8 kms to Chengannur Bus stand and 2.3 to railway station Food and drinks available at room service

Had meals and Chicken 65 from here and was not that bad actually. But it was really strange to see a non veg restaurant not offering fish fry or curry during lunch time. Price was ok and parking was also fine. The main point is the proximity to railways station and as from the recommendations from the locals this one is few among the good restaurants nearby. Service was good and all well kept. Tiny yet clean washrooms. Ok experience

Only room is available that too you have to pay in advance the entire amount for stay. There is no food court available near the hotel. Room is clean but they don't clean the rooms if you stay for more than a day. There is no room available for the driver. If you are going with family, I suggest you to look for some other hotel. Room is very small and they are charging heavily. The AC remote is not working properly and you can't increase or decrease the temperature. There is a separate hot water tap for bathing.
