Excellent Stay We had an incredible experience staying at beautiful view homestay with our family! from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The hosts were warm, welcoming and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The property was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm, the rooms were clean, well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions. The best thing is the homestay offers a mesmerizing view of mountain from the room itself. The food was homemade and was delicious. Thanks George and family for the wonderful stay.

We had a great time at this lovely property. We spent three nights with the lovely hosts and look forward to visiting again during the monsoons. The hospitality was fantastic. The food was the best part of the trip - lovely home cooked food served with love and affection. They definitely set a high bar for us to expect wherever we go.

We loved our stay here - beautiful house in a picturesque landscape with accommodating and helpful hosts. The food was delicious. This was our favourite stay in a 3 week trip in Kerala. Highly recommend!

When you think of taking a break from screens, think of Pannadikadu. This farm stay is the perfect place to refresh your soul and body with positive energy before returning to your hectic routine. The audio-visual experience from the bedroom and balcony is incredibly soothing. You'll wake up to a natural orchestra--the chirping of birds, the playful knock of a bulbul on your window, and the distant yet distinct call of a peacock. When was the last time you rose to the call of a country fowl at 4 AM? The beautifully designed garden blends seamlessly with the mango orchard, locally known as "Paper Kadu"--the owner is a former journalist ("Kadu" meaning plantation). This orchard boasts seven varieties of mangoes, and an evening trek through it to the nearby foothills is a truly rewarding experience. The hosts are wonderful people who respect your space. If you seek solitude, they'll leave you be, but if you enjoy company, they're more than welcoming. And the food--my God! I don't want to go anywhere else next time! Thank you, Thomas, Neena, George, and Thommy, for an unforgettable stay.

A Tranquil Escape in the Heart of Nature Nestled in the serene Chemmanampathy region, right on the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border, Pannadikkadu home stay offers an unforgettable experience for those looking to reconnect with nature. Surrounded by lush mango orchards that stretch into the dense Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary, the setting is a true haven of tranquility. The hospitality of the family running the home stay is nothing short of remarkable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care, making us feel like part of their family. The home stay itself is housed in a century-old building, which is a beautiful attraction in itself, exuding historical charm while offering modern comforts. The property features a stunning garden that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. It's not just a garden; it's an experience, filled with vibrant flora and peaceful nooks to relax. The home stay is also pet-friendly, with a lovely dairy farm and adorable pet dogs, which added a homely touch to our stay. If you're a food lover, this place is a treat. The traditional Kerala dishes served here are mouthwatering, showcasing the best of local flavors with every meal. It's an authentic culinary experience that perfectly complements the natural beauty of the place. For those seeking solitude and a chance to unwind, this home stay is perfect. The peaceful environment, combined with the stunning views of the Western Ghats at the border, provides the ideal backdrop for relaxation and introspection. However, it's important to note that this is not the place for those looking for loud, party-like atmospheres. If you're seeking a quiet retreat to escape the noise and hustle of daily life, this is your spot. The orchards here feel like an extension of the nearby forest, offering a seamless blend of cultivated land and untamed wilderness. The proximity to the Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary only adds to the allure, making it a fantastic base for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. Overall, Pannadikkadu Home stay offers an exceptional experience with its warm hospitality, rich history, beautiful setting, and peaceful atmosphere. It's a perfect getaway for those seeking solace, nature, and authentic Kerala culture. Highly recommended!

Nestled in the serene beauty of Palghat, Pannadikadu Homestay offers an unforgettable retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Situated in the heart of a thriving mango plantation, this charming homestay beautifully combines the tranquility of nature with the comforts of home. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with warm smiles by the hosts, who reside in an exquisite century-old bungalow right next to the homestay rooms. The hosts are incredibly knowledgeable about the area and are more than willing to share their insights, making each interaction a delightful experience. The rooms themselves are immaculate, boasting a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern cleanliness. Each space is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with all the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a splendid journey through Kerala's rich culinary heritage. The hosts prepared traditional dishes that were not only delicious but also made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Dining while surrounded by the lush greenery of the mango plantation elevated the experience even further. The atmosphere of the homestay is wonderfully peaceful, offering plenty of opportunities for relaxation and exploration. In summary, Mango Grove Homestay is a hidden gem in Palghat, offering impeccable hospitality, clean and cozy accommodations, and an extraordinary gastronomic experience. If you're seeking a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature, we highly recommend this homesty.

This is the place you wish you could gatekeep from the world. Tuck it into your chest pocket, like an ancestral secret. Keep it safe from algorithms and hashtags and the people who speak too loudly. This is the place where the weight of life quietly lifts. Where you surrender to nature. Where silence speaks a language you once knew. A century-old home -- leaning ever so slightly into time -- rich with character. Held tenderly by hosts whose kindness doesn't ask to be seen. It just is. Quiet. Steady. I could fill pages with memories from my time here. But even then, it wouldn't be enough. So I'll only say this. This is the place where you take a breath that stays with you.

I was on a solo bike tour through South India, aiming for Pollachi, but fate (and curiosity) led me to Pannadikadu--a place I'd never heard of but felt drawn to. The ride there was stunning, and when I arrived, I realized I'd stumbled onto a hidden gem: a vast mango farm, buzzing with life, run by a family--father and two sons, George and Tommy. From the get-go, it felt like I was reconnecting with long-lost relatives. George was a walking encyclopedia of the land, and Tommy's love for the animals was contagious--we spent hours just talking about the wildlife around us. Speaking of which, this place is as raw and real as it gets, right on the edge of nature, where the wilderness isn't just a backdrop--it's part of the experience. And the food? Unreal. Their mother's cooking was straight-up home magic. The best cutlet I've ever had, a no-nonsense chicken curry that hit the soul, and a breakfast dosa so good I lost count of how many I ate. Pannadikadu isn't some polished, touristy setup--it's authentic, untouched, and exactly as it should be. If you want an experience, not just a stay, this is it. Can't wait to return--next time, I'm bringing friends - & fiance.
