We had a very bad experience staying there. Even the TV there wasn't not working. We called the staff and they didn't even responds so sry plz improve..

We went to the restaurant there, and the food was quite delicious. They do take room service and also provide dine in. They have soup, main course and also desserts. They did have a bit delay in the preparation but the cuisine is worth the wait. It is good for family to dine there. The seats are very comfortable and relaxed. The satff there is also decent and very friendly and they do provide good services.

Great location, but poorly utilised by the owners. Poor service by some of the staff. Rooms are average. The fact that the hotel and the attached bar are being run separately is causing an impact on the people who stay at the hotel. There were people completely drunk and unable to walk in front of the hotel on the day we arrived. I was with my family and the experience was very uncomfortable. Food options are limited in the restaurant for breakfast. Dinner seemed ok. On Saturday morning, it seems that the person at the restaurant front desk was in a bad mood in the morning. We had to go into the kitchen to call him to take the food order from us. He was grumpy and argumentative. On Sunday, the singular staff at the desk seem to be the manager, cashier and waiter. Poor guy seems to be overworked and stressed out. But his attitude was great. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a stay with family. If you are in a crunch or in a hurry and don't have any other option, then go for this one.

The ambience is good. If you are looking for a good restaurant while traveling through the highway, this would be a good choice. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. But I cannot say that the food tastes amazing. If you want to taste the Kerala cuisine in its pristine form, I definitely won't recommend this one. The price is kinda okay given the good ambience in the restaurant.

I stay from March 31st April 1st... I am really sorry to say it's very bad, bad and bad experience.. I booked my room by the general manager of the hotel Mr.Shoaib... He is a good and polite person. I check in there at 8:30 they closed restaurant at 9 o'clock. they don't have food for their guest. Then I go outside to eat my food. Also damaged bed sheet room not clean well. And the staff not cooperating..

4 star hotel with restaurant and Cafe. Spacious parking and wheelchair accessible entrance and provide wheelchair if needed too. They have very well maintained and quality kitchen and restaurant serves till 11:30pm. Biriyani starts at 120+tax and and have meals for Rs.90+tax. Staffs were well behaved and well disciplined manager makes them perfect. They showed respect to customers which i don't find in most of the hotels i visited.

stayed 3 nights here, really worthy and value for money. room is spacious and nicely designed. cleanliness is just excellent. Food was delicious! easily accessible location.. highly recommended. House keeping and F&B staffs behaviour is good...

One of the best hotels I have been to. Rooms are neat and clean and very comfy.Food is ok. Its near to the Kozhikode Airport but far away from the main city. One thing they can improve on is the food and add on more variety but the breakfast provided was delicious.Staff are ok.
