Worst rooms and poor hospitality. They charge 2500 for a room with no proper AC and hot water. Rooms are aesthetically good but smells bad. Had to suffer with children. Service people are very rude and money minded Don't go with Google reviews and spoil your vacation

Rooms are as good as in the photos, staff are very polite and cooperative and its just opposite to bus stand. They have enough parking space. Their Samudra restaurant also gave us some typical Kerala fish biriyani, yummy.

Spacious Rooms. Polite staff. Very near to Chavakad Bus Stand. We travelled mostly by bus only to Temples, Beach, Light House and Elephant Camp. Specially hotel allows 24 hours Check out facility thereby we could save one day rent.

I went there today to attend an interview. Good service was received from the residency staff .Nesto Hypermarket's interview is mostly going on here. Company with good experience in travels field annu. Red Bell Travels. Their interview was held here. The staffs were all well behaved.

Best Hotel in Guruvayoor.. Well Care By Staff.

Food services were nice and staff were good mannered. All food items we ordered were tasty and fresh.But the cleaning staff ofyen fail to clean the dining tables immediately after one set of customers finished dining.They might be waiting for another set of guests .This will create hatred in the minds of guests. I think it happens under the influence of bar culture.This is not advisable. Hope that it will be rectified in future.
