MAZHAVIL KADU forest Resort & Restaurant

Very good staff and service. But the property is in need of an urgent renovation.Was disappointed. Rooms are really unhygienic with flies and ants. AC is good. Even though the bathrooms are small ,they are clean. Most of the amenities mentioned are dilapidated like pool and children's play area . Nice scenic private balcony with no privacy. Bedspreads must be changed as it's old and stained. Better go and experience in rainy season,if they get renovate and maintain properly. Service is at the best and the food even. The rest is a big .....

Our stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. While the hosting was passable, the service and facilities were abysmal. The rooms and toilets were filthy, with unbearable odors emanating from the bathrooms. The service was shockingly incompetent--breakfast was outrageously delayed, leaving us waiting endlessly without a single response from the staff. This property exemplifies unprofessionalism and utter disregard for guest satisfaction. It was an appalling experience, and we strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, this property did not meet our expectations. Rooms were alright with working ACs and balconies with a nice view of the river, but not much else. This would be a nice place to sit back and relax if it wasn't for the excessively loud, disturbing music that they played both at night and in the morning. Our main complaint was that there wasn't really anything to do at the so called "resort". The pool was filthy and there wasn't anything in the immediate vicinity of the property. The nearest big city was an hour's drive away. The "free" Wi-Fi was pretty slow as well.

Great place, our host Amal was very hospitable and responsive to all our queries including arranging our travel to the resort. The staff is very warm and the rooms are beautiful

Very cosy and scenic place. View from all balconys are are splendid. Mr. Amal was our host and he was welcoming and friendly. 10/10 must visit

Amazing place with great view! Rooms were very clean and the staff there are super good. Hospitality is on point. Complimentary breakfast comes added with the price you pay for your room. Other meals can be bought from their restaurant which is also very good and reasonable pricing. Its a brand new place so they are working on adding more facilities for the customers comfort.
