I recently attended a function at this place and the experience was below expectation. The staff was rude and uncooperative . The food quality was shockingly poor and served in very small portions. It was clear that quantity and quality is not the priority.On top of that, the venue was overcrowded with absolutely no proper space to sit or move around, making the whole experience stressful. For a place that claims to host events, this was far from acceptable. Would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for any kind of gathering.

I attended a function at this venue, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Guests were served less than half a plate of food, and requests for refills were met with a begrudging quarter spoonful that often barely contained any food. The AC wasn't turned on until guests pointed it out, and it was switched off again before the hall had a chance to cool down. The caretaker's behavior was also unprofessional, responding rudely to guests who raised concerns about the food service.

Recently attended an event and found the property management showed the worst behaviour to the guests present. Majority of them were drunk and behaved rude. Food tasted pathetic and maybe coz of which they served very less to the guests. In a full packed hall, the AC was switched off. They don't even deserve 1 star rating.

Ruined my grandsons baptism function. Bad and drunken management. Worst food-both quality and quantity wise.It was a bad decision to host the function there.

Recently conducted a function here.. Very poor management and bad quality food provided..Serving very little food for guests and if asked for more the the owners brother in law who is an overall caretaker is behaving like a goon instead of managing the guests..He even off ed the AC in between the function..Won't recommend this place for special occasions

We stayed at Portico for 3 nights. The corridor leading to the rooms was too dark and there was no visible switches to turn on the lights. Once asked for lights, the attendant turned on two lights which were very dim and amber. I still struggled to find the key hole to the door to our room and managed with the light from my mobile phone. The room looked nice upon entering, however, there was no housekeeping for the entire stay. The bedsheets and pillow cases were never changed. There was a small sign that stated to leave the towels in the bathroom floor if it needed to be changed. But, we didn't see it until the morning we were checking out and ended up using the same towels for three days. The toilet seat was loose and out of position. We couldn't take showers if we came back to the room after 11 pm because there was no water in the system. The trash cans were overfilled by the time we were checking out because they never took the trash out during the 3-night stay. The morning we were checking out, there was no breakfast available. Our host who rented the rooms called the owner and he said his kitchen staff were off and suggested buying the breakfast ourselves from elsewhere. Our host went out and came back with some breakfast from a restaurant, but by the time the owner had managed to bring his own staff and serve us the breakfast. The doors to the rear dining room has raised floor bars and steps, so it won't be accessible to handicapped persons. We wouldn't consider staying there again!

It has been our worst experience at this place. We booked 5 rooms for 4 nights expecting it to be convenient, clean and safe for family environment. However, it turned out to be nuisance at night, as they open the kitchen and common areas in the home stay to the bar customers, once the capacity at bar is full. It's super disturbing and unsafe for family as they were loud until 2 am. No room service provided for the 4 nights- garbage is not cleared, no fresh towels. Absolute waste of money and staff was rude and arrogant at the time of checkout, greedy to extort as much money as possible from you with zero service !!! Please consider other options if you are looking for family and safe accommodation.
