Contour Backwaters Hotel Resort & Convention Centre

Attended an event at the Contour Backwaters Hotel Resort & Convention Centre, and I must say it exceeded expectations. I used the convention center, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The hall is incredibly spacious, perfect for large gatherings, and everything was clean and very well maintained. The location is beautiful and easily accessible, surrounded by serene backwaters which adds a peaceful charm to the venue. One thing that stood out was the ample parking space, which is a huge plus for guests arriving in their own vehicles -no hassle at all. The overall ambiance of the property reflects elegance and professionalism, making it ideal not just for conventions but also for weddings, corporate meetings, and other large-scale events. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern, well-equipped, and peaceful event venue in the region.

I recently conducted a traditional marriage at Contour Resort in their beautiful outdoor area during the evening, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Inspired by stories from my elders about how marriages were often held at night in earlier times, I decided to embrace this tradition. We shared our ideas with the management team, and they not only implemented them but exceeded all our expectations. The ambiance in the evening was magical. The lighting arrangements were absolutely fantastic, creating an enchanting atmosphere. The decor was thoughtfully curated and added elegance to the venue. The food was another highlight--each dish was flavorful, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. The Fusion band performance added a lively touch to the event, keeping everyone entertained. The management team deserves special mention; their dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. They truly took ownership of the event, ensuring everything was seamless and beyond perfect. For anyone considering a destination wedding, I highly recommend meeting with the management team at Contour Resort. Their expertise and willingness to bring your vision to life make them an excellent choice. This was a memorable experience for all, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!!

Friendly staff members. Excellent breakfast. BF was included in the price. The room was clean and well maintained. The room was much better than the hotel rooms in Europe! We enjoyed our stay - 5 nights!

I went to the restaurant for lunch. The reception at the front desk was warm and friendly. Since I went around noon, the place was quiet. I was told that the lunch crowd starts around 1:30 PM. Since the meals were ready, I took the Kerala style meal. The food was tasty, fresh and warm. I really enjoyed the food and experience. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this place; will visit the place again.

Very bad experience, recently i visited the bar some services are very iritatable. Foods dosen't have any taste only the prices are not budget friendly. There was a service boy named "shijin S" he is such a friendly character. The AC chilling is not so good. the ambience is too eco friendly.

I stayed in the property recently with my family. The property is elegantly landscaped with cottages and rooms. Cottages have attached verandah opening to a lawn and common swimming pool. There's also a convention hall. Rooms were clean and amenities in place. But we were totally disappointed with the food. It was below average and bland.

I stayed at Contour for two days. The initial reception was very warm and welcoming, which made me feel quite pleased. However, upon entering the room, I noticed that the bedsheets had not been changed; instead, they were neatly arranged despite being previously used. When I informed the reception, they promptly provided fresh sheets. During dinner, I found two strands of hair in the food. They replaced the dish as well. The next day, some strangers began to cause trouble. When they realized I might call the police, the person ran away. I reported this to the reception, and the room boy assured me that the police had caught him. However, I later discovered that this was not true. It's worth mentioning that the bill even included the cost of the food with hair in it. Since then, I have not returned to this place, and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

Great Place to host Big Parties, Reception etc. Auditorium spaces which are capable of conducting 3 or more programs at the same time. Inclusive of Food And Services option also provided by them.
