Recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with the 5-star facilities and excellent services. However, my experience was tarnished by the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff, particularly Jerry. His attitude was rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome, as if we were staying there for free. Hospitality is a key aspect of this industry, and unfortunately, the reception team fell short. They lacked the friendliness and professionalism expected at a hotel of this caliber. While the rest of the staff and services were commendable, the first point of contact--the reception--left a very poor impression. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides the necessary training to ensure that future guests receive a warm and courteous welcome.

I had a very disappointing experience at newyork square changanacherry. The service was below standard, and the reception manager jerry's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling unwelcome. I expected much better from an establishment of this reputation. I hope management takes steps to improve both service quality and staff behavior.

One of the best hotels in chenganaserry, it's very new and is super clean. All rooms are equipped with latest amenities, toiletries, etc. The restaurant has good food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I Highly recommended this hotel.
