Hotel BreezeLand

Our visit to the rooftop bar was highly disappointing. One of my friend wasn't feeling well and needed some hot water, but the staff outright refused, saying it's only available in the ground-floor restaurant and couldn't be served in the rooftop. This lack of flexibility and basic customer care was shocking. Additionally, while sitting outdoors, we received no attention from the staff--we had to go find a waiter to place our orders. I'm baffled by the poor hospitality and the inability to accommodate even simple requests like providing hot water. Definitely one of the worst service experiences I've had.

Visited the AC bar out here and the experience was a let down since the chilly chicken served wasn't fresh got replaced eventually! The waiter was great and assistive and the initial snack BDF also tasted decent but the chicken served wasn't fresh at all!

Great location: The location was perfect for exploring the city. The food was also good, friendly staff, good rooms

Hotel Breezeland is a shadow of the place I visited 8 years ago. The current staff are utterly miserable and clearly lack any experience in hospitality. From check-in to check-out, everything was disastrous. There was no assistance with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were not given the access card for our room and had to struggle with the key ourselves for at least 15 minutes before receiving any help, only to discover that an access card was necessary. The twin room I booked via MMT was akin to a rundown lodge room. We were then offered an executive room for an additional cost. The toilet in that room was filthy, with visible urine stains on the seat. We were moved to yet another executive room, which turned out to be just as disappointing. The shower was non-functional, and there was dirt and stains on the pillows and comforter. The TV was broken, and a staff member had to come at night to address these issues. To make matters worse, there was a banquet hall on the same floor as our executive room. At 7:30 in the morning, a loud function was taking place, with people networking and having tea outside the hall, making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast experience was the worst of all. As we entered the restaurant, one staff member hurriedly moved a large casserole of food to their desk. The only options available were dosa, porotta, and some curries. Imagine paying 1k for such a dreadful experience. When I enquired about the limited options and moving food away when they saw us, their justification was that it was for the function. I guess the food they moved away was idly, which would be the minimum you would get from a buffet. I also asked for an omelette, and they said they would see. They set up the booth, but the chef only showed up when the function participants came. Adding to this awful experience, my kid had milk powder provided in the room. To my shock, when I checked the expiry date, it was already expired four months ago. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing and embarrassing experience. If the owner or senior manager is seeing this, immediately give some training to your staff or your place will end up as a lodge for alcoholics who can't drive after drinking from the bar. I would strongly advise against staying at Hotel Breezeland.
