Recently I visited this hotel with my family and had a decent stay there .

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel on 8 October 2023 and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff's behavior and their demand for extra money were absolutely unacceptable. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by a less-than-friendly receptionist who seemed disinterested in providing any sort of warm welcome. However, this was just the beginning of my ordeal. The real nightmare unfolded when a few of my local friends who came with me to drop me off at the hotel and the staff at the hotel insisted that I pay an additional fee because my friends were visiting me briefly. I was appalled by this demand for extra money, as I had already paid for my room and was not informed of any such policy during the booking process. When I questioned the staff about this sudden charge, they were incredibly rude and uncooperative. Their behaviour was not only unprofessional but also left me feeling humiliated and it went to the extent that my friends had to argue with them. It's important for a hotel to make its guests feel welcome and comfortable, but my experience at this was the complete opposite. I felt as though I was being taken advantage of, and I can't express enough how this incident tainted my entire stay. The staff's lack of courtesy and their blatant money-grabbing tactics have left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this to think twice. The rudeness of the staff and their unjustified demands for extra money make this hotel a place to avoid at all costs. I hope my review serves as a warning to others and encourages the management to reevaluate their policies and staff training to prevent such unpleasant experiences from happening in the future. I am guy who visits Chalakudy on a yearly basis when my friends from abroad comes for vacation. Usually I come with my family and stays at hotels like Siddhartha and all, but this time around as i was alone I chose this one and will never again repeat the mistake.

really amazing hotel... damn superb guest relation service.. easily clear out all our discomforts...... in short totally fantastic atmosphere we never experienced these kinds of services

Walkable distance from Chalakudy railway station. Clean rooms. They provide basic toiletries and drinking water.
